JTM Consulting LLC has several programs in house to do both transient and steady state heat flow analysis. We can do the following analyses using the steady-state program:
-
Economic Thickness
-
BTU losses
-
Cost of Energy
-
Carbon Emissions
-
Green House Gas (GHG) reduction
-
Insulation comparisons
-
Thickness charts
Transient heat flow analysis is an added feature to Steady State design that allows both time and temperature to be changed to see this affects many aspects of the process being simulated. This type of analysis is good for simulating:
- Fire protection curves
-
Steel ladle linings
-
Cyclical processes
-
Refractory dry out procedures
-
Cool down procedures
Both a formal report and graphical analysis will be delivered.
